More Snake Print

Another day another animal print piece. I might have a problem at this point because animal print is all I own and all I keep buying. I can’t help it because I’m totally in love with this trend. Animal prints have long been a wardrobe staple for stylish women, but this season animal print is on crack. Animal print has become a neutral, it goes with just about everything and every woman needs a piece or two in her closet. What I personally love about the trend is how versatile it is with the nostalgia of the eighties.

Snakeskin prints flooded the Fall 2018 runway collections as accents or one-off pieces. The pieces were not only eye-catching but approachable for any fashionista easing into this trend. It’s definitely 80’s rock ’n’ roll vibes, but this season’s take on snakeskin is about making a calculated statement: with a boot here, a printed skirt there.

Zara, Topshop, Asos, Boohoo and Mango are killing it in the animal print game right now. Making a variety of affordable and stylish pieces for anyone considering trying this trend. I’m guilty of finding too many amazing pieces so get ready for this trend to continue on HangItUpLA. If you buy one thing this season, make it animal print. Outerwear, dresses, skirts, bags or shoes.. you can’t go wrong with any of them and don’t be afraid to bold colors. Animal prints are coming in electric blue, lime green, neon yellow, fire red and burnt orange just to name a few.
